Founder of MiloHealthFit, where health meets real life.

I created this brand to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health - without extreme diets, confusion, or starting over every Monday.

My Story

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in the medical field. Every day, I care for patients at their most vulnerable. I see first hand how chronic conditions, lifestyle habits, and delayed self-care impact lives.

And I kept asking myself:

“What if we focused more on prevention… before it gets here?”

At the same time, I’ve always been passionate about fitness, discipline, and pushing my limits - from training sessions to competing in triathlons.

But my journey hasn’t been perfect.

I’ve felt:

  • Exhausted from long shifts

  • Frustrated with plateaus

  • Mentally drained trying to “do it all”

  • Like I had to start over more times than I can count

And that’s exactly why MiloHealthFit exists.

Because real health isn’t about perfection - it’s about consistency, support, and building habits that actually fit your life.
